Abraham Lincoln campaign speech stating he would not abolish slavery

Just like a politician. During his presidential campaign, Lincoln assured the south that he had no intention of abolishing slavery. That there must be a position of superior and inferior and he was in favor of the superiority of the white race. (Note: this is not my position. I am just quoting a speech I never knew he made)
